This is a (non-binding) open reservation for the date of your choice which you can make when you initially visit us or afterwards, by telephone. This option is open for 10 days with no obligation, but gives you time to consider your choice. When the 10 day option is up, your chosen date expires. This option only applies to wedding receptions or private events.

For wedding receptions and private family events
To secure your booking : call us and confirm the reservation by telephone; then return the contract duly signed and completed which you will have received in the folder given to you on your initial visit. Pay your deposit by bank transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation.

For a company event
Contact us by e-mail with as much information as possible concerning your event. We aim to reply with an itemised estimate within 48 hours. Confirm your acceptance by e-mail and pay your deposit by bank transfer, as outlined in our estimate.
